How it works
Brasserie de Bastogne brewed its first beer, Trouffette Blonde, on 26 January 2008 and was set up as a brewery in December 2008 by Philippe Minne, whose great-grandfather and grandfather were brewers, and the farmer Philippe Meurisse. Its beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised, and the Bastogne Pale Ale won the Best Belgian Beer of Wallonia prize in 2012. In February 2019 it moved to a new building at Baillonville in Somme-Leuze and took the name Brasserie Minne. unverified info
