## About

Founded in 1996 by Pat Morton and his wife Sue in a former steelworks off Abbeydale Road, Sheffield; Moonshine, a highly hopped pale ale, was its first recipe. The name comes from the Sheaf Valley district and the logo from Beauchief Abbey. It is employee-owned and brews over 220 barrels a week.
