How it works
Dinal is a brewery in Almaty that came on stream in 1999, when Heineken took 28 per cent; Heineken raised its stake to 51 per cent in 2002. Its capacity was 300,000 hl a year and its market share 8 per cent, with the local Tian Shan and Heineken's Amstel. At the end of October 2008 it was joined with Efes Karaganda in a company owned 72 per cent by Efes and 28 per cent by Heineken; Efes bought out Heineken's share in December 2012. unverified info
