Greece Founded in 2005 by the pharmacist Alexandros Koumantos in a 120 m² workshop at Drapetsona by the port of Piraeus: fresh organic beer, then pils, lager, pale ale and dark; a company limited by shares from October 2008. In 2010 the brewery moved to a larger site in the industrial area of Lamia. Brewing stopped during the economic crisis; the trademarks went up for auction in May 2024, and EZA (2464) brought Piraiki beer back in 2025. unverified info
