How it works
Founded in 2005 by the Dutch brewer Wim van der Spek on a former pig farm at Cragg Vale near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire; Sue Cooper joined in 2008. Its beers are organic and vegan, and it brews Ampleforth Abbey Beer for the Benedictine abbey. Sue Cooper later sold the brand to the Great Newsome Brewery and moved the business to East Yorkshire; the date was not found. unverified info
