Founded in 2000 by Andy Hepworth, who had been head brewer of King & Barnes in Horsham from 1985 until it was taken over and closed in 2000, with former colleagues, and began production in 2001 in Horsham. It later moved to a site outside the town near Pulborough, West Sussex. It also brews and bottles beer for others, among them Ridgeway, which opened its own brewery inside the Hepworth building in 2016. unverified info
