## About

Hans is the beer of Xi'an and the surrounding Shaanxi plains, brewed by the Tsingtao Hans group (Qingdao Pijiu Xi'an Hansi Jituan) at Lintong, east of the city. Hans Dry was the best-selling beer of Xi'an in 2011, and in January 2013 Tsingtao, the brand's owner, was building a 4 million hectolitre brewery at Weinan, 50 km west of the city, to tighten its hold on central Shaanxi.
