## About

Brasserie Grade at Mont-Saint-Guibert, Walloon Brabant, was founded in 1858 by Pierre-Joseph Grade; his son Joseph added a malthouse, and Jules Grade made top-fermented specialty beers such as Stout and Scotch. It was renamed Brasserie Saint-Guibert in 1983 and closed in 1996. Vieux Temps, introduced in 1930, was brewed at Stella Artois after the closure, and Ciney was brewed here under licence from 1978.
