## About

Brasserie de Marsinne brewed Léopold 7 at the Château de Marsinne in Couthuin, Héron, Liège province; the beer was created in 2012 by Nicolas Declercq and Tanguy van der Eecken. In August 2023 it merged with Brunehaut and Belgo Sapiens, brewing left Couthuin in 2024 for Brunehaut, and the Brunehaut brewery was declared bankrupt in 2025, which left the future of the beer uncertain.
