Microbrewery at Orologio on Evia, founded by the brothers Sophocles (a chemist and oenologist) and Georgios Panagiotou; the idea dates from 2005 and the first fresh, unpasteurised beers came in June 2009. Beers named after the days of the week; European brewer of the year at the International Beer Challenge 2015. Also brews Mary Rose for OK Athens (2386); the brothers bought Elixi in Chalkida (see 2723) in March 2023. unverified info
