Eduard Graf began brewing in 1891 at the inn Zur Sonne in Rebstein (St. Gallen Rhine valley). The firm has stayed with his family and is run by Claudia Graf, the fifth generation. In 1978 it launched the first light beer in Switzerland. It brews about 29,000 hl on a 94 hl brewhouse and made the Züri-Hell for the Zurich label of that name from 2004 to 2014. unverified info
