The name of Unicer from the end of 2000, when Unicer – União Cervejeira, S.A. became Unicer – Bebidas de Portugal, S.A., until November 2017; in 2001 it became a holding company. It bought Vidago, Melgaço and Pedras Salgadas in 2002. All beer was brewed at Leça do Balio, where a plant of 450 million litres capacity was built in 2012-2015 for about €100 million; the Super Bock Selecção range of special beers began in 2013. unverified info
