## About

Bernhard Fischer began brewing in 1799 at the inn Zum Zedernbaum in Schaffhausen, and the beer was served in the neighbouring inn Falken, which gave the brewery its name. In 1886 it signed the first collective labour agreement in Swiss industry. It is the only independent brewery of the Schaffhausen region; since 2022 it also brews the Müller Bräu beers of Baden, and it makes the Gletscherbräu beers for Lidl Switzerland.
