New Zealand Founded at Blenheim in 2003 by Josh Scott, son of the winemaker Allan Scott, first owned half and half by the two. In 2010 two business incubators, among them Geoff Ross's Business Bakery, bought 70 per cent; listed on the stock exchange in 2012.
