How it works
INAB (Indústria Nacional de Bebidas) is a brewery in Toledo, Paraná, started by the Gatto family, who in 1994 bought used equipment from large Brazilian breweries to open it. Its first beer was Xingú, made at first for the American market, followed by the pilsener Astro, which Kilmer replaced. The Brandalise family joined on 1 April 1996 with Saul Brandalise Neto as president, and in 1998 the Colônia brand was launched. Besides its own unit in Toledo it has a partnership unit in Santa Maria (RS). unverified info
