## About

Set up by Peter Scholey, a former Brakspear brewer, at South Stoke near Wallingford, and run by him since 2002. It brewed under contract, mainly bottled beers at Hepworth & Co, and opened its own brewery inside the Hepworth building in 2016. Crafty Brewing bought it in February 2025 and Luke Herman now leads the combined business. Known for its Christmas beers such as Bad Elf.
