How it works
Haber International owned the brewery at Hațeg and its Hategana beer; BBAG bought 75.74% of it from Brewery Holdings in August 2000, and Heineken, which owned the business from 2003, still counted Hațeg among its four breweries in 2008. In January 2010 Heineken Romania announced that it would close the Hațeg brewery, cutting 98 jobs and moving production to Miercurea Ciuc, Târgu Mureș, Craiova and Constanța; Hategana was to go on being brewed to its old recipe. unverified info
